Decided just to do a quick post. School has seriously been taking over my life. The junk load of exams kills me. I've really barely started studying and I (think) I'll be busy this whole weekend cause relo's are over. UGH. And I've heard that the Science classes are changing depending on this half yearly exam and/or if you want to do science next year? Please tell me that's not true...I have no confidence in my half yearlies whatsoever.

I also hate the fact that it's supposed to be an assessment free week due to exams next week and we got an assignment this week with the first part due two days after it! Yes, even though it was just an hypothesis and we were in groups but still! KDJFKD

First fight/argument in our group this year. I still remember last year's massive fight between Kim and Theresa over Kim's yoghurt. LOLOL. This argument is so stupid..I'm serious, we're like fighting over..man I don't even know what we're fighting/arguing about, it just ends up with like all the asians in year 10 asking me and jlam what is going on and why we did this and such....Girl schools are so annoying I tell you.

It's freezing these days.......I love it. I adore this weather. I prefer winter over summer anyday! Even though it's hard to wake up in the morning but like, at least you can make yourself warm in winter whereas in summer you have to practically strip to make yourself cooler --> reminds me of Wonder Girls So Hot MV.

The other day my auntie dragged me out and gave me a lecture on how choosing universities and courses was not about what you wanna become. It's what type of husband you want. Load of bull.

I need to shop. So so badly. I also feel like going to the cinema...I don't think I've been since last year! WOAHH WHAT? Let me rephrase. I haven't been to the Australian cinemas since last year. Really feel like watching a horror movie of some sort soon.

This looks interesting no? These type of zombies/vampires always seems to remind me of Micheal Jackson's classic Thriller.

"I didn't touch her! I swear! She's a girl!"
I don't understand why people are still getting plastic surgery after the whole world knowing what happened to MJ's face now. erkk.

2008 SiChuan Earthquake

I wasn’t planning to blog and to coughstudycough instead but this issue is always in the back of my mind so I decided to blog...then go out for dinner…then maybe do other stuff. Um I shall study tomorrow :P Ah crap, I'm going out tomorrow. Study MONDAY! Actually I'm supposed to be heading to Brisbane on Monday for three days for my cousins wedding but noo...I have exams T___T Also my cousin from Japan is back with her new 100% made and developed in Japanese boyfriend. Sounds like some product LOL. ;)

I’m sure many people have heard of this earthquake by now (if you haven’t, where have you been? Under a cave? a blocked cave?) and my sympathy goes towards all those people that are affected whether they are dead, lost their loved ones, witness their loved ones slowly dying or experiencing the earthquake and the trauma. As of May 16, the death toll is 25,183 while the government believes this number will soon soar up to 50,000 and the amount of people injured so far are 168,669. Many children and adults are still trapped under buildings and imagine the anxiety of the parents not knowing whether their only child is alive (China’s government only allows one child per couple) and most likely to find out their child is dead. There were many parents who protected their child during the earthquake with the children surviving and becoming orphans. It’s heartbreaking to see so many young, innocent children losing parents because their parents saved them instead. Even if the young children survived, many had their legs and arms amputated in order to save their lives. I remember watching a part of the news where there was this parent who could hear her child asking for help, but with the limited people and resources available to save her, the child slowly died. Anyways, the point of this entry is not to emphasis on how saddening it is for those people, the country and the world, but because I feel the need to blog about them and for everyone to pray for them…pray for the people that have died, ones that miraculously survived and for them to be strong, orphans, parents that have lost their only child and everyone that has lost someone they love. Better yet, why don’t you not buy that pair of shoes, that album of your favourite boyband, the top you’ve been dying for or have a cheaper lunch instead of splurging on a costly lunch and donate the money to those poor people that are probably starving, in tears or under a collapsed building(s) gasping for help. You may think that $5 note is not a lot, but if everyone donates $5 I’m sure you’ve probably saved a few people who are almost dying of hunger. I’ve actually persuaded my family and myself to donate $200 altogether so guys, remember to donate money and pray for them.

I hope you guys read that…if you didn’t GO BACK AND READ IT! If you did good job on expressing your concern for those people and being bothered to read my two cents. Kay, shall end it here. GASP no food photos? WHAT IS THIS? Nah, it’s cause I feel bad for showing the pictures of what I can afford and luckily enough to eat while people in SiChuan are probably crying now. Next entry would be a “normal” entry :D

I shouldn't be here. Typing. I should be completing my IST assignment and making a move on my Science Assignment. I should also be cramming in 4 months worth of work from over half my subjects. And what am I doing now? Oh just blogging. Yeah, good job Sel.

Several days ago (more like Monday) we went on a Commerce Excursion to the Police Museum and NSW Parliament House. May sound like a bore already which was my initial thought as well but the excursion actually was interesting (many role plays and watching Mary. N doing a speech and acting as a minister of ___ was exciting stuff) and I learnt many things. No, the school is not paying me to write this. HAHA. For Lunch the asians (exclude Kim) of course decided and sushi and the non other Easyway while the rest of the class choosed Maccas. At least some of us are actually 'healthy' in the class. I also charged my camera and everything the night before, ready to use the next day...and would you guess it, I left my battery on the charger therefore there are no photos from the 'exciting' trip --> no sarcasm intended here trip. Can't really remember what happened so I shall spam the rest of the post with (food) photos.

Chocolate fountain...Lucy better be reading this & LOL at the blurry person in the background.

I think this blog's aim is to feed my addiction of food photos and food in general. Ahh..isn't it satisfying to look at those photos and drool over them?

Happy Birthday JLAM. Your officially half way to 30 and a quarter to 60. Have a birthday cake :D

On side note, all these photos are claimed as mine, I couldn't be bothered photoshopping them so yeah *insert copyright stuff here 2008*. If you want them (to also feed your obession over photos and food) then ask me for them, but no one reads this blog so yeah :)

I'll end it off here, cheers!
